The center is normally the source of living for every living things. The center is the force vital and it is like a shock absorber for other things. In that light, God is regarded to be the force that is at the center of the universe. The center is the equilibrium. Say in another way, it is the wheel balancer. In any country, the survival of her lies in the Federal Government and that is why the federal government is also called the central government in which the regional governments rely on for sustainability and survivalbility.
In Nigeria, the central government is headed by the executive president, his Excellency, president Buhari. A critical look at Nigeria would suggest that when Chinua Achebe in his novel "Things Fall Apart" asserted that the center can no longer holds because it has fallen, was prophetically prophesying about today's government: It has fallen, it can no longer hold, it has failed.
It is a government that supports ethnic superiority and favouritism evident in the appointment of the key officers in the federation;
A government in which the country is being regarded as the capital poverty of the world where her citizenry is living below $1 per day;
A government in which $1 which supposed to be equivalent to #1 is instead #480.
A government when you tell them where they are not getting it right, will term it hate speech.
No system is working well in the country. What can you tell of a president that flies abroad for medical check-up? Does that not suggest that there is no good hospital in his country?
What can you suggest of a president in which many of her children school in abroad? Does that not tell that there is no good school in the country?
Wat can you say of a country in which her first lady is a resident in Dubai? Let's leave that for another day story.

It is high time we woke up and say no to nonsense, the center has fallen, it has failed. I know Buhari is capable of transforming this country into looking like Dubai if and only if he lets religious politics aside. We are one Nigeria but different Nigerians.
The center can no longer hold, let him wake-up and restructure or resign.
Democracy
This is defined as the government of the people, by the people and for the people. In other words, it is the people's government. Nigeria by her 1999 constitution is defined as a Democratic state. Meanwhile it is no longer news that Nigeria is an autocratic and a totalitarian state. Instead of power belonging to the people, the power belongs in the hand of an absolute sovereign who prefer his people to be killed rather than saving their lives. Government which is democratic in nature is not a government for some privileged few or even being ethnic sentimental. The reverse is the case. Democracy in Nigeria has shown to be the worst form of Government because they will use the name in disguise for authoritarianism.
Politics
Politic is a medium of organizing a state or society. It is the process of making the human society habitable and the aim of politics is to bring about common good. Nigeria politics is nothing to write home about. It is rather seen as a dirty game. Why? Instead of people going into politics to serve the people, he is going there to be severed and for self aggrandizement and enrichment. Politician is now using politics as an end in itself rather a means to and end: the good living of the people. To go into politics in Nigeria means that you are going their for
1. The person who is your godfather,
2. For your religious group,.
3. family, etc
People have turned politics into personal business and they can go to the extremes trying to be there or to maintain powers.
Corruption
Corruption is the second name of Nigeria. When one hers about Nigeria, he is propelled to think of corruption. This is because meritocracy has been scarified to favouritism. People gain thing that that are not their dues. The language in Nigeria is WHO DO YOU KNOW and not what will you show to prove that you merited this offer.
Finally, Nigerian government has failed her citizen in all angels. The way Nigeria is going is telling that another civil war might broke out in the country. The incompetence of the government has made some group of people to feel that they are marginalized and are seeking for succession.There is still hope for Nigeria if her government can rethink her steps and come back to the basic for which they are called into the seat of governance. Until then, Nigeria will remain under developed and war might broke out which will be the worse thing that can happen to us all. Let the incident of 1967-1970 be a lesson to all of us.
